[December 21 2009 8:02pm] anime_fanatic19 [ music | Radio Free Burrito - Wil Wheaton ] I've been a fan of Feeling Electtric for a couple of years now, and a got the Next to Normal soundtrack a while ago and it's been growing on me. Today I was listening to I Am the One (reprise) and finally really heard the ending, and it clicked, that the dad was now seeing Gabriel and my brain just had a mini epiphany moment. Then I realized I've never seen any videos of this show being performed live! (Other than the Tony's.) I found a really good quality cam version of that song plus the finale and man, after seeing this 8 minute clip, I NEED to see this show live. It made me cry so much! It's so beautiful and powerful and touching. Scheise, I need a tissue. That's why I live musicals. Yeah, the music is awesome, but the story and characters behind the songs make them so meaningful, you know? OH YEAH, I had my last final today! I'm done with my first semester of college! Now I'm just chilling out playing tetris and packing, taking a bus to Chicago Wednesday morning, meeting my mom, SEEING FUCKING IN THE HEIGHTS, then going home Thursday!! I think since I'm sure to have spare time tomorrow, I might do a Best of 2009 radio show with my friend Jonah. [December 18 2009 5:50pm] anime_fanatic19 [ music | Eminem - Business | Powered by Last.fm ] This is just going to be a hodge podge of an entry. :] So @titleofshow posted on twitter today for the first time in forever, and one link led to another, and I ended up re-watching the 9 People's Favorite Thing video they put together with fans holding up a sign of each word in the whole song. First, I notice that Neil Patrick Harris is there at like the 24 second mark. Then, there's The Todd from Scrubs. THEN, KABLAMMO, ZACHARY QUINTO! First I was like "wait.. WUT?" but then I saw that picture on the right with him and the funny face upside down and I knew for sure it's him haha. ZQ is a [tos]ser!!! This makes me so mf happy. Omg. :D aw, lol, i just noticed they misspelled his name in the info on the right! Zachary Qunito. bleh. [December 18 2009 4:01am] anime_fanatic19 I'm sure this is going to bite me in the ass later today when I have to actually fucking write my 5 page Integrated Liberal Studies Wester Cultures: Science, Technology, and Philosophy paper due today at 5 pm BUT I went to a little Titanic movie night tonight. There were 7 of us and we watched The Hangover, Badder Santa, and ~*STAR TREK*~ (per my request, duh). Very fun. We also got into a huge brainstorming discussion about starting a website called gayorstraight.com which is just a database of celebrities, politicians, and pop culture icons and says if they're gay, straight, bi, or unconfirmed and has facts and info about them. Like, Mashley's got Abe Lincoln covered, Aaron's got Dave Foley, and I've got ZQ. mmhmm. XD This site will happen. And I'm a co-creator. And we'll advertise the bananas of it and make moolah! haha VIEW ADD

It was a fundraiser for the Ten Percent Society and they invited a bunch of clubs and orgs to do a song and dance in the show, so me and the Student Performance Committee, which is through the Wisconsin Union Directorate (a.k.a. the Union) did a 'whacking' dance to Evacuate the Dance Floor by Cascade or whatever. [December 16 2009 8:31pm] anime_fanatic19 [ mood | idk ] [ music | Final Fantasy - This Is The Dream Of Win And Regine | Powered by Last.fm ] My hair is the longest it's ever been in my life, and while it's nice to have long hair, I keep missing my short hair really badly and I don't know what to do with it now! Over break I'm hopefully going to dye it red professionally (I love box dye but it just doesn't last!) and perhaps get a haircut. And because I'm procrastinating writing my final paper (shiiittttt) I compiled a hair timeline! It's.. not completely in order. I tried. Oh yeah, WARNING, some of these are painfully junior high school-awkward. Sorry! Looking at these is really one of those "I wish I could tell younger me that's stupid" moments haha. So yup, picture heavy procrastination-induced hair! THE BEGINNINGGG oh yes, the braces, rounded glasses, slap bracelet in black with metal studs, 8th grade was just fantastic. ( la di da di dah ) AND NOW: I have no idea what to do with my hair! I love experimenting and crazy colors, but I don't know if I want to bleach my whole head in order to get a real red, at least not with this much hair (it's SUPER SUPER SUPER thick. hbkarlaf). I'm up for anything though- shave my head, blunt bangs, professional dye job, idk. This is the longest my hair's ever been and yeah, having a pony tail is great, but I'm kinda over the long hair if it's just flat, no layers, yuckyness. Suggestions? Likes? Colors? Anything? Bueller?
